Rain fell and splattered to the ground, the sky as if weeping as it loomed over the man running on what would appear to be foreign territory to him. Yet it was far from it, the man was aware of that as he groped through the darkness and taunting shadows. The sizzling and popping of food being cooked filled the kitchen, the smell wafting around the house. Yao, who usually bounced around the kitchen, singing Chinese songs as he cooked, appeared to be in a melancholy kind of mood. His eyes were dull as he dumped the freshly cooked vegetable stir fry into a small bowl. "Aiyah, I don't think this will be enough aru…" Yao mumbled, mixing up the food with chopsticks.
